About the Space

Root to Crown Connection Centre (RTC) is a collective space, offering rooms for professional services, group events and classes.

We believe in growth in all it’s forms, and respect all approaches to wellness and spirituality.

Individual Services Available

Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life. From yoga to sound baths, workshops and Runes and Witch craft and all thinks esoteric, Root to Crown has something for everyone. We also welcome you to rent our space and put on your own event!

 Space Rental

We rent our studio for events, workshops, and yoga for a flat hourly rate.

Office space is available by the hour, day, or on a full time basis.
